Welcome to Catering Service Dubai. These terms and conditions explain how we provide our catering services and how clients are expected to engage with us. They are written to protect both our clients and our business, while ensuring every event is delivered smoothly and professionally. By booking with us or using our website, you agree to the following terms.
1. Introduction
Catering Service Dubai delivers full-service catering for weddings, corporate events, private parties, and luxury occasions across Dubai and the UAE. Our services are designed around fresh ingredients, Halal standards, and professional hospitality.
These terms apply to all bookings made through our website, by phone, or directly with our team.
2. Scope of Services
Our catering packages may include:
- Custom menu design (Arabic, Asian, Continental, International, Vegan, and more)
- Halal-certified food preparation
- Buffet stations, live cooking counters, and waiter service
- Event rentals (tables, chairs, cutlery, etc.)
- On-site staff and coordination
Note: Services depend on availability. Final inclusions will be detailed in your booking confirmation
3. Booking Policy
- A booking is only confirmed once the deposit is received. (Confirm % Deposit Required: e.g., 50%) must be paid at the time of booking.
- Final menu and guest count must be confirmed at least [Confirm timeframe: e.g, 5 business days] before the event
- [Optional: Last-minute bookings clause] Bookings made within 48 hours may be subject to additional charges and limited menu options.
4. Payment Terms
- Remaining balance must be paid [Confirm timeframe: e.g., 48 hours before event].
- Payments can be made via [Confirm methods: e.g., bank transfer, card, cash, cheque].
- All prices are in AED and subject to UAE VAT.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellation [Confirm timeframe: e.g., 7+ days before event] → Full refund of deposit.
- Cancellation between [Confirm timeframe: e.g., 3–6 days] → 50% refund of deposit.
- Cancellation within [Confirm timeframe: e.g., 72 hours] → Deposit non-refundable.
Note: In case of force majeure events (e.g., severe weather, government restrictions), we will work with you to reschedule or issue a credit for future bookings
6. Venue and Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
- Providing accurate details (venue, timings, guest numbers).
- Ensuring venue access [Confirm lead time: e.g, 2 hours before service].
- Arranging required permits and approvals for the event.
- Providing utilities (electricity, water, ventilation) if needed
7. Food Safety and Dietary Needs
All food is prepared in compliance with Dubai Municipality hygiene regulations / HACCP certification.
- Only Halal-certified suppliers are used.
- Clients must inform us in writing of any allergies, dietary restrictions, or cultural/religious requirements.
- We cannot be held responsible for adverse reactions if dietary details are not shared in advance.
8. Liability
- We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or factors outside our control.
- We are not responsible for damages, losses, or injuries unrelated to our catering service.
- Clients agree to indemnify Catering Service Dubai against claims resulting from venue conditions, third-party suppliers, or guest actions.
9. Cultural and Seasonal Considerations
- During Ramadan, catering times may be adjusted to comply with UAE regulations.
- Seasonal ingredients may affect availability; suitable substitutions of equal or higher value will be made.
- Requests for themed or cultural menus must be agreed upon at booking.
10. Use of Website
By using the Catering Service Dubai website, you agree not to:
- Copy or redistribute our menus, images, or branding without consent.
- Use the website for unlawful or fraudulent activities.
- Interfere with the website’s security or functionality.
11. Amendments to Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions to reflect service changes, regulations, or client needs. Updated terms will be posted here and apply to all future bookings.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Dubai, UAE. Any disputes will be handled under Dubai jurisdiction.
